Returns

Our returns policy allows buyers to withdraw from the contract and return items within 60 days of purchase. Please note the following:

  • Buyers have 60 days to withdraw from the contract and return the items.
  • Returns must be made at the buyer's own cost.
  • Products must be returned unused and in their original, unopened packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Water filter straws that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Buyers can choose to exchange the item or receive a refund for eligible returns.
  • Refunds include the full cost of the item, excluding any import duties or taxes.
  • We will try our best to process refunds as soon as possible, but no later than 5 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to the USA:

  • No additional fees are charged unless the order exceeds $600.

For all European Union orders:
